Seven years of updates for Honor Magic series

While it's unclear if this means seven full Android version updates, users are guaranteed at least six major updates, which is a significant improvement over the typical 3-5 year industry standard.

Honor claims this move places it among the top three global brands offering such long-term support. The initiative is part of Honor's "Alpha Plan," which focuses on human-centric AI to enhance user experiences. The extended support aims to provide users with cutting-edge AI features and innovative functionalities for years, while also promoting sustainability by reducing e-waste and aligning with the EU's Circular Economy and Ecodesign Regulation.
