Novac Technology Solutions Teams Up with Indian Oil for eLearning Revolution

Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has renewed its partnership with Novac {company that specializes in providing digital learning solutions and technology-driven services}.Technology Solutions to further upskill its workforce and improve operational excellence. Building on their previous collaboration from 2022, which benefited over 400,000 individuals, this new project will involve Novac creating 500 hours of advanced eLearning content over the next four years. The content will enhance technical skills and empower IOCL employees to excel in the evolving energy sector. Novac will handle the end-to-end development of customized eLearning modules, covering 70 functions across IOCL’s six core divisions.

modules also have advanced formats such as AV-style modules, immersive game-based learning, interactive videos, complex 3D character animations, infographic-driven visuals, and audio podcasts. These modules will be integrated seamlessly into IOCL’s Learning Management System (LMS).
